What you'll do
Own real projects end to end — from first prototype to a documented, usable tool.
Build AI tools for purpose
Create simple, practical AI-powered tools, workflows, and scripts that make civilizational wisdom accessible and applicable today.
Acquire skills rapidly
Learn and leverage modern AI platforms, prompt tools, and APIs quickly as project needs evolve.
Execute autonomously
Take ownership of assigned projects — driving tasks forward with initiative and minimal daily supervision.
Document & hand off
Write clear, user-friendly documentation so the tools you build can be seamlessly used and maintained by others.
We're looking for resourcefulness, not résumés
We care most about how quickly you learn and how independently you deliver.
Fast learner & resourceful
Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, low-/no-code platforms, basic scripting) and eager to pick up new skills fast. Deep coding background isn't mandatory.
Demonstrated AI curiosity
Proof you've built, experimented with, or configured AI tools or prompts — personal projects, custom GPTs, automation scripts, or creative prototypes.
High autonomy
Able to work independently, self-manage deadlines, and stay accountable in a fully remote setup.
